Terms of Service

By creating an account or using KirimKad to build an invitation, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you sign up.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for the content you publish on your invitations. You must provide a working email address — we use it for account verification, password resets and RSVP/wish notifications.

Acceptable use

Don't use KirimKad to publish content that's illegal, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend or remove an account or invitation that violates this.

Guest-submitted content

RSVPs and wishes submitted on your invitation are visible to you as the host. You're responsible for how you use that information about your guests.

Availability

KirimKad is provided “as is.” We aim to keep the service available and your invitations reachable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and aren't liable for lost content from outages, misuse, or account deletion.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use KirimKad after an update means you accept the revised terms.
