Privacy Policy

KirimKad (“we”, “us”) helps you create digital invitations and collect RSVPs and wishes from your guests. This page explains what data we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and a hashed version of your password.
• Invitation content: the event details, photos and messages you add to an invitation, plus any images you upload (couple photo, gallery, gift QR code) — these are stored on Cloudflare R2 object storage.
• Guest submissions: the name, RSVP response and wish message your guests submit on your invitation page, which is shown to you as the host.
• Technical data: IP addresses, used only briefly to rate-limit login, registration and password-reset attempts and to prevent abuse. We do not use IP addresses for tracking or advertising.

How we use it

We use your data to operate the service: to let you build and manage invitations, to deliver RSVP and wish notifications to you by email, and to send account emails (password reset, email verification). We do not sell your data or your guests' data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Email

Transactional emails (password reset, email verification, RSVP/wish notifications) are sent through our SMTP provider. We only use your email address to operate your account — not for marketing.

Data retention & deletion

Your invitations and the RSVPs/wishes attached to them are kept until you delete the invitation or your account. If you'd like your account or data removed, contact us at the email address below.
